Reserve a Group Study Room

Three ways to reserve a group study room :

  • Click on the Room Reservation icon on the Libraries website homepage;
  • Scan the barcode posted by each study room door;
  • Go to the Circulation Desk and make your reservation in-person.

Group Study Rooms Use Policy

  • Reservations are not taken by telephone.
  • Group Study Rooms may be reserved for up to two hours.
  • Group Study Rooms may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
  • Only 1 reservation block per group per day.
  • Group Study Rooms are to be used by 2 or more people.
  • Reservations for 1 person will not to be taken.
  • If a Group Study Room is free, a single individual may use it BUT will be informed that they will be relocated to the main floor if/when a group needing (or holding a reservation for) the room arrives.
  • If an individual or group uses a Group Study Room without a reservation, they will be relocated when a group asking to use a room or holding a reservation arrives.
  • If a Group Study Room is found to be occupied by a student’s belongings but not by a student for longer that a 15 minute period, Security will be contacted to remove the belongings and make the room available for others.
  • There is no eating in Group Study Rooms.
