Organize your research

Keeping track of your visual research and staying organized during the process will help you later on. I created a Padlet ( for free for this class as an example. It can be a useful tool for organizing visual research with citation/link information and comments from you. It also works as a collaborative tool if you choose to use it that way. You can see a sample here of one I used in a Costuming for the Stage class earlier this year:

Regardless of how you organize your information, just make sure you have some system that works for you. And remember to give proper attribution/citation for images that you use in your research.
