- No extended phone calls
- All phones on silent when at desk.
- Be respectful to all.
- Smile and greet patrons that appear to need assistance.
- Focus on the person you are helping, whether it is by phone, email or in person.
- Immediately stop typing on the computer and focus on the patron you are assisting.
- Observe the body language of the patron. Do they look rushed? Agitated? Happy? Sad? Take these things into account when providing service.
- Remain calm and professional.

- Revealing tops are subject to supervisor discretion (may be asked to cover up or go home and change if deemed inappropriate.
