Know your logins!

In order to access all of our online resources, you need to know your Hunter NetID and password. You can look it up at the link on our homepage for NetID Central, or follow this link: https://netid.hunter.cuny.edu/

Once you have your NetID and password, use the links on the library home page to access our online databases and enter your NetID and password when prompted.

Remember, you have to use our links to get to our resources - because we pay for access, you'll be able to get to a LOT more stuff by using the Libraries' links than you can get to via a Google search.

OneSearch

What is it?

Hunter OneSearch combines in one searchable place these three things: the CUNY library catalog which includes both print and e-books; a massive index of articles from journals, magazines, and newspapers; and unique digital content.

How can I access it?

Type your search terms in the box on the Hunter Libraries home page

How do I use it?

Enter your search terms, and use some of the many available filters to sort your results and find what you are looking for.

How do I know if it has images?

Words like "pictorial works," "ill." "illustrations" "color plates" indicate that the book contains images. Other places to look beyond clothing/costume/fashion include: art, painting, sculpture, photography, illustration, graphic design and more.

Can I view these online or in print?

You can filter your results to "full text available online" or to "books" depending on what you need.
