Sign Appointment Letter

 Take Signed appointment letter to Human Resources (with resume)

 

Complete Human Resources Packet

  • Diploma/official transcripts from Masters/PhD degrees
  • I-9 citizenship form (passport/picture ID/social security card)

 

ID card or OneCard

To obtain a new card you can visit the OneCard Office in Room 126 in the West Building on the 68th Street Campus. The office is open Monday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

 

Fringe Benefits—pick up fringe benefits package--15th floor of the East Building and ask for Valerie Kelly

 

Sick Leave/absence slips

  • Talk with Stephanie Tetro, Department/Deans Secretary about forms and discover what an unscheduled holiday is.
